Headphone Operation

Click on the speaker Icon down in the bottom right-hand corner

Next, make sure you’re on speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) and if you’re not then select Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Then go and play a video for youtube.com or another source to check if it will come out of the headphones. (If not go and see the IT people for extra help)
