Minecraft for Education Troubleshooting:
These common problems with minecraft for education can easily be resolved with these simple tips:
Problem 1: Unable to login to minecraft for education, despite being connected to the wireless and using a correct password/username.
Solution 1: The time on the iPad is almost certainly incorrect. You can go into the time and date section of the ipad's general settings to correct it. It may be in PM instead of AM, on the wrong date or simply a few minutes out.
Problem 2: Students unable to join a world from their iPad.
Solution 2: Go to Settings> Privacy >Localnetwork, if you switch on 'minecraft for education' (make sure the slider next to it is green), it will be able to join the world.
Problem 3: A student appears to be in the world, but their device refuses to join.
Solution 3: Kick the student out of the world because it thinks they've already connected and it's blocking them from joining again.
