Installing a Signature into the Outlook app for Mac
1. Open Outlook.

2. Navigate to the top of your monitor, and click on “Outlook” in the Menu bar.
3. Click on “Preferences…”. This will open a new window.

4. Under “Email,” click “Signatures.”

5. Select your default signature. If you do not know what it is, click on “Standard.”

6. Click on “Edit”. This will open a new window.

7. Edit the template provided, then Copy and Paste it into the signature editing window you just opened. Click the Save icon.

If your default signatures are already properly assigned, you're done! If not, or you don't know what that means, see the following steps:
8. In the Signatures window, navigate to the two drop down menus pictured.

9. Click on each one and change them both to the signature you just edited. By default, this will be "Standard."

Now you're all set.
